The Stevens Engineering, Inc. Chain Clamp is a unique workholding device designed to clamp round and odd shaped work pieces. It uses a section of chain along with a Cam-Locking hook assembly and an adjustable take up unit, allowing quick clamping and un-clamping with ΒΌ turn of a standard hex wrench. The standard duty version generates up to 6,000 lbs clamping force while the heavy-duty version generates up to 10,000 lbs while minimizing part deformation.
